What we collect

kirkelabs.com is a static marketing and demonstration site. We do not run user accounts, advertising networks, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell personal data.

• Hosting logs. Our host (Vercel) processes standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) to serve and secure the site.
• Email you send us. If you email us, we process that correspondence to reply.
• Agent City / Open Agent Access demo. Requests to our agent APIs may include an agent passport (identity, purpose, use) and produce a policy decision and receipt. These are for the demonstration of agent governance and are not used to profile human visitors.

Legal basis & retention

We process the above on the basis of legitimate interest (operating and securing the site) and, for correspondence, to take steps at your request. We keep data only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Email contact@kirkelabs.com and you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
