Kirke Labs · Walletless Infrastructure

Blockchain without the blockchain.

We build walletless Web3 infrastructure so anyone can donate to a charity, fund a cause, or back a policy, with nothing more than an email address. No crypto wallets. No seed phrases. No friction. Just trust, transparency, and purpose.

Under the hood, a secure smart wallet is created and managed for you the moment you sign in, using your email, Google account, or Apple ID. You get every benefit of the blockchain (transparency, immutability, programmable money) with none of the complexity. The technology that makes this possible is called account abstraction, and it’s the most important shift in blockchain usability since the invention of smart contracts.

The Basics

What does walletless actually mean?

Today, using blockchain requires a crypto wallet: software that stores private keys, manages seed phrases, and forces you to understand gas fees before you can do anything useful. It’s the single biggest reason most people never interact with Web3. Walletless changes that entirely.

Traditional Web3
1

Download a wallet extension or app

2

Write down a 24-word seed phrase and store it safely

3

Buy cryptocurrency on an exchange to pay for gas fees

4

Transfer crypto to your wallet

5

Approve transaction, pay gas, hope it works

6

Pray you never lose that seed phrase

3

Done. Your wallet was created, secured, and managed for you.

The Opportunity

Why walletless matters now

Blockchain has always promised transparency, ownership, and trust. But it locked those promises behind a door that 99% of people couldn’t open. Walletless technology finally removes the door.

Universal Access

When interacting with blockchain is as simple as logging into your email, billions of people suddenly gain access to transparent financial systems, verifiable ownership, and programmable trust, for the first time.

Trust Without Complexity

Every transaction is recorded on an immutable ledger that anyone can audit. Walletless doesn’t reduce the transparency of blockchain. It simply removes the technical burden from the person using it.

Programmable Money

Smart wallets can enforce rules about how funds are used. Money can be programmed to flow only toward its stated purpose: a paradigm shift for accountability in donations, grants, and public spending.

Industries Transformed

Where walletless is changing everything

Walletless technology isn’t a niche crypto innovation. It’s an interface layer that makes blockchain invisible, unlocking use cases across every sector that values transparency, accountability, and direct participation.

Charitable GivingDonors fund specific policies and programmes with full on-chain transparency. Policy wallets ensure funds are spent only on their intended purpose: no more black boxes between a donation and its impact.
Event TicketingNFT-based tickets that prevent counterfeiting, enable programmable resale royalties, and convert into collectible proof-of-attendance, all without asking fans to install a crypto wallet.
Brand LoyaltyTokenised rewards that customers actually own. Tiered membership NFTs claimed via QR code or email. Loyalty that lives on-chain and travels with the customer, not locked in a single brand’s database.
GamingPlayers own their in-game assets as true digital property. Walletless onboarding means gamers start playing immediately, discovering their items are tradeable NFTs only when they choose to.
Creator EconomyArtists, musicians, and writers tokenise their work and sell directly to supporters. Smart contracts split royalties automatically. Fans participate with an email login.
Public SectorGrant distribution, public spending, and aid delivery with auditable, on-chain records. Citizens can verify exactly where funds flow without needing to understand blockchain technology.

Kirke Labs · Policy Wallets

Donate with purpose. Verify with proof.

A policy wallet is a smart contract wallet attached to a specific charitable policy or programme. When you donate into a policy wallet, the funds are cryptographically bound to that purpose. The charity can spend the money, but only within the rules encoded into the wallet.

Purpose-Bound Funds

Every policy wallet encodes spending rules as smart contract logic. Funds donated to a “clean water” policy can only be withdrawn for clean water expenditures. The code enforces what a mission statement can only promise.

Complete Transparency

Every donation, every withdrawal, every allocation is recorded on a public ledger. Donors don’t have to trust an annual report. They can verify the flow of funds themselves, in real time.

Agentic Commerce

Policy wallets can interact with approved vendors and service providers autonomously. When a charity needs supplies, the wallet can authorise purchases within its policy constraints, reducing overhead and accelerating impact.

Walletless for Donors

Donors sign in with email. They choose a charity, select a policy, and pay with a card. Behind the scenes, an on-chain wallet is created, the donation is recorded, and the smart contract ensures the funds are governed by the policy rules.

Auditable by Anyone

Regulators, journalists, and the public can inspect the on-chain records of any policy wallet. This isn’t voluntary disclosure. It’s structural transparency baked into the infrastructure.

Built for Scale

Gasless transactions sponsored by the platform. Multi-chain support. Enterprise-grade key management with social recovery. Designed for millions of donors, not just crypto-native early adopters.
